What Makes Us Different

Many of our competitors offer mobile auto detailing services which limits the quality of auto detailing service they can provide. At one of our two Northwest Arkansas brick-and-mortar shop like ours, we have access to tools that can go beyond the surface and work to protect your vehicle as we detail. Having all necessary tools and our own shop allows us to achieve the best results for you and your vehicle!


  • What should I do to prepare my vehicle?

    All we ask is that you remove any personal or valuable items prior to your service and point out any areas of concern. 

  • How much will my service cost?

    We always provide a “starting price” estimate for your vehicle prior to your service upon booking an appointment. A final price will be determined once the vehicle is inspected by our staff and services are authorized by you before we start.

  • Where will you detail my vehicle?

    We offer in-shop services at both Benton and Washington county locations, pick-up and delivery services, or take advantage of our courtesy vehicles so you never have to wait on your services to be completed!  

  • What is required for use of Customer Courtesy Vehicle?

    Customers, 25 years of age or older, who book a “Premium Detail” can request a courtesy vehicle upon booking. We may require a $50.00 deposit and a copy of your valid driver's license and current insurance. We have 3 sedans, currently, available for use. 

  • What happens to my car if I leave it overnight?

    Your vehicle will be safely stored inside one of the garage bays or on our fenced lot with 24-hour security cameras. 

  • My pet left its winter coat in my car, does it cost extra to clean it?

    Yes. Pet hair is extremely time consuming to remove so expect an up-charge to your final price based on how much pet hair is in your car. 

  • Do you have a loyalty program or frequent detail program?

    YES! 4 Premium Detail services with Torres Auto Detail and your 5th detail is FREE (excessive debris or additional services do not apply). We also provide a “Quick & Clean” service highly discounted for our customers who come on a monthly or bi-weekly basis. Please call for Fleet or Dealership pricing.

  • Can I get a refund?

    We always strive for the absolute best in customer service and take deep pride in the quality of detailing services we offer our clients. However, due to the nature of detailing services, Torres Auto Detail does not offer refunds or discounts of any kind for any reason. Our policy is payment due on services rendered. Detailing is a highly-skilled, labor-intensive, and time-consuming process no matter the condition. We have never had an unsatisfied customer for that we could not resolve the issue at hand.

  • What type of payment options do you accept?

    We accept cash, personal or business checks, and all major credit cards including American Express. Taxes and credit card processing fees apply to all credit card transactions. 

  • Are appointments required?

    Yes. Typically we only need 24-hour notice but please call us because, on occasion, we can offer same-day service depending on the services requested. 

  • Are you insured?

    We are fully insured for the full value of every vehicle we service.
